I Want A RingNeck!!!

After owning Parakeets and cockatiels, I had decided to expand my flock 
So at first I was looking at a conure, but then the other day I walked into the local pet store and sitting in front of me was a beautiful Yellow Ringneck around 6 months of age(He belonged to someone who had brought him in to trim his wings). When I extended my arm out to him he gladly steped up and began exploring my hand giving me little baby sounds. I now want a Ringneck so bad but I cant seem to find a young hand reared.
Could anyone tell me when is their breeding season in South Africa? And by when can I begin expecting little babys?
