Can someone determine the age of two of my parrots

Parrot no.1- name-pithe
1)he has a fully clear black and orange ring with a bit of blue on his head
2)he has got a long tail with 4 feathers
3)he is fully feathered with no lumps at one place
4)he has a bright red beak

Parrot no.2-name-puli
1)she/he is getting a black and orange ring
2)he/she has a long tail with 3 feathers
3)is fully feathered
4)has a bright red beak

please help??!!!!

Once a bird has developed the ring fully, it is hard to guess an age. So anywhere from 3 yrs +...sorry can't be more precise.

If Puli is developing a ring, he would be between 2-3 years of age, possibly around 2.5yrs old.
