Curling Tail Feathers !

Hi, I am a first time bird owner of a Moustache Parakeet named Zeke. He is now 6 months old and his tail feathers are curling up. He is not chewing or sitting on them. His wing feathers look alittle curved in also. Does anyone know why this would happen? Is he possibly ready to molt? I would appreciate any ones thoughts. Thanks.

I did a quick search and found someone else had a Moustache Parakeet with the same condition as yours appears to have.

There could be an underlying disease problem and a trip to an avian vet for a few tests would help rule out anything serious.
Do you have photos? Might help if people can see as someone may have seen it before.
