hi,
i really want an idian ringneck and am here to find out more about them! at the moment i have a pet japanese quail named bobby and 2 dogs, 3 cats, alot of fish and 4 striped marsh frogs.

Your best option is to purchase the bird from a reputable breeder at a young age. Make sure you ask alot of questions and really get to know the breeder and see if they are willing to follow up if you need any further help with the bird.
