We have noticed our Ringnecks doing this quite often, its when they are sitting quietly on a perch, they open their mouths as wide as possible and have slight movements of their head,, but dont make a sound when doing it!
Its almost as if (We assume) they are trying to get words out), maybe be completely wrong though lol.
Seeing as this is a specific forum about Ringnecks loads of you have seen this before?
So what is it ??

HI,
I have many ringnecks and when I see them doing this it means they are thirsty or hot/humid. try spraying your ringneck with a spray bottle. :D
