What colour is my Ringneck

I have a hen that I was told was a creamino but she looks very different from the male that I have here she is much paler and has a lot of white on her as well. I tried to post a picture but was not able to. She is a very pale yellow/cream colour with a whitish grey tail and white flight feathers as well as white on the wings and back and some on her lower stomach. She has red eyes from what I can see. Any thoughts?
