Intro

Hi....I am new here. My name is Kristi and my family (hubby and two daughters ages 10 & 12) and I recently met the Indian Ringneck who is soon to join our family. He is still being weaned and will come home to us on March 27. We can't wait! We have his cage all set up and are eagerly awaiting his arrival.

We have named him Midori, and yes, he is green. :wink:

We also have Frankie (canary), Bazooka (Lovebird), and Tango (female Lutino Cockatiel). And I can't forget our three Great Danes (Grace, Trinity, and Ziggy) and two cats (Bagels & Cream Cheese). I have been very involved in Great Dane rescue for years, though I am taking a break right now while I am in nursing school.

This is our first IRN and I am looking for information regarding diet or any other special considerations particular to the IRN. I am glad I found your forum and look forward to reading more of the posts here.
