How to Train to talk?

I have an female IRN, its almost 2 months now she is with me, but I havent heard any sound from her mouth. She doesnt allow me to touch her, only if I am wearing gloves in my hands she would stand on my hand or else she runs away. I want her to talk, I go very close to her face and say few words like Hi, Hello, I Love u, sorry, thank you etc. She would listen to it carefully but no reaction, and also I want her to come on my hand or shoulder. Please you all are experts can some one give advice to me on this how to work out.

Or should I get an male IRN for her, Please suggest.

My IRN said his first words at 6 months of age but some don't learn to talk until closer to 1 year of age. Be patient and repeat the words you want her to learn. My boy learned peekaboo very quickly because he loves to play the peekaboo game. Make it fun!
