Hey I'm in Aus too, QLD
I'm getting my IRN in 2 weeks, can't wait! I'm just doing all my research now so I'm well and truely prepared. How long have you had yours for?

I don't know if you're an experienced IRN handler, I'm certainly not, but if you're interested in basic training &/or trick training (which can be a lot of fun and also mentally stimulates the bird which makes it happier) I found a really good website with all the basics and also advanced stuff like getting you parrot to 'fetch' and how to potty train you parrot. I've learnt so much from it and I feel really confident about getting started :)
I thought these might be particularly useful:
Get parrot into cage for the first time
Get parrot out of cage for the first time
Teach Parrot to Step Up
He has a youtube account too and shows his parrot picking up coins and running across the floor to put them in a piggy bank! Anyway you should check it out :)
