i just want to hold my IRN without biting

hello every body .
i just want to ask any one knows . i have taken many steps to tam my bird and finally i reach to good stage and it dose not want to progress at the training . it just only come when i called ( target ) and it come out of the cage . put she stop learning till now . she dose not want to come on my hand or to step up . even i provide the most favorite frouts .

please if any one know any method to step up my bird on my hand . just tilling me

If she does not then don't give her any treats that she likes until she learns to do as told your the boss not her just don't let her win birds will try play your soft spot and don't let it work use the firm voice say "UP" showing her the treat so she knows if i go up then i will get it if she does not do it leave her let her know you are not happy then give it another go in 20 mins or so.

If you are training her from a untame bird beware you will get bites the worst thing to do is shout, scream or move away as she knows your scared and she won't trust you.

the 1st of all thank you very much for cooperation .
i just want to telling you that there is many bites in my hands couse of her . and just only yesterday i offered her apple out of the cage and she coming out on the stick that i was hold it . and i repeat the ticniq many and many she dose not want to stand longer than 1 sec once she got the treat she left the stand and jump to the cage once again .
what i would do to make her stable on the stand and what is the next step should be taken to step up on my hand not the stick .
