my name is leanne, and ive had my IRN for about 5-6 months, there not my first parrots, but my first IRN. and i got them when they was 18 months old. i dnt think that the previous owns understud the bitting fase.
they are Lilly and George, and i think there about to breed, thats y im joining to get some help!
i want to understand about colour mutations, handling (as in lilly and geoge came from a home with young kids, and are not handable) how will the mother take to me when she has had the babys. when do i take them away, coz i still want them to be reased by the mother. and feeding tips before, during and after eggs.
sorry alot of question. any help will be very appreciative.
lilly is the white/blue.
George is green but hasnt got the pink band at the back its yellow.

hi you have a lovely male there, and female as well, if you know their parents please pst the details, otherwise if you could get a closer, more focused picture in order for us to advice you correctly, as the male you have is no ordinary male, as you say with the ring not being the pink, i think he could possibly have cobalt or turquiose in him, but recio and dog glenn are best with genetics.
