I'm sorry to hear about your loss.
I'm sure if she could find her way back she would come back to her chicks... but I'm sorry to say, I don't think the odds are good. Keep your eyes peeled though, to see if she comes back. You should also try putting up signs. Barbara Heidenreich has some suggestions here:

When I was a teenager, I had a male peachface fly out of the aviary as I walked in one day. He had chicks... I managed to lure him back with some millet (his favourite) and got him back in a cage... but I have to say he didn't fly too far away... because he got out when I was there, I knew where he was at all times... after that incident my father built a second door onto the aviary so that if they got out, they only made it into another caged area.

Keep an eye on the babies and see how the father is going with them. You may need to handraise them if he can't cope.
