Bird at home for 4 nights

I just got my bird a while ago untamed.
I'v handled him few times and he's beginning to know me.
I'm going away for 4 nights and can't bring him alone. When I come back, will
I be able to tame him?

Yes. It might be a little bit of a setback but you can start over just fine. :)
