Blowing bubbles and grinding beak....?

Hey everyone,
Just wanted to see if anyone knows why my indian ringneck grinds her beak together and then blows bubbles??
She does this when she is sitting, relaxed and quiet.
She will also do this both inside and outside of her cage....
Not sure why she does this??
Any ideas?

Grinding their beaks is a sign of contentment, but the blowing bubbles does not sound healthy and i would recommend getting her checked by a vet as that is not normal.
