its bit of a trick....u need to make a small image for your profile avator..and upload on some website so you have a link for it....there are so many free websites to upload your image once you do that...
click on user control panel >> profile >> edit avator

and paste your image link which would be something like http://www.XXXXXXXXX.com.au/images/UR_IMAGE
i hope it make sense if not send me ur image and i will give u the link to paste in there

click on user control panel then profile and then edit avatar ,

on right hand side "Link-off site" paste this http://www.cricbetinfo.com/images/avatar.jpg and click submit...you will see ur image there.
