Was at the farmer's market today and picked up some fresh raw peanuts and wanted to check that they were alright to give raw.

Many types of nuts are fine for IRN to eat... I have fed mine a peanut uncooked w/o shell before and he loved it. So I don't see any problem.
I have found my bird prefers Almonds and Sunflower seeds,
Check on the internet first, but IRN are supposed to be fine with Fruit, Nuts and Seeds as a diet.
