The last 2 seasons for my blue cinnamon (sky) Indian Ringneck hen have been dud clutches so I didn't really hold much hope for anything again this time round.
I changed her male partner to a proven Grey/ino male in the hopes she would have better luck.
Well, it turns out she did!!!!

I checked the box this afternoon as she was due from now till Tuesday at the latest. I tapped the box to let the hen know I was going for a peek and I heard a little muffled noise. I looked, then looked again. The hen moved around a bit then I heard it again, this time a louder chirp. The hen moved away revealing a nakid pink blob!!!
I am so excited as I was thinking after so many unsuccessful eggs that she may have had fertility problems.
Now the excitment continues to see if any of the other 3 eggs will hatch.
Just LURV breeding season. lol
