picky eater

Hi guys Ive had baby for about 10 days now he is about 13 weeks old and is doin fine and has settled in nicely now , guy in pet shop said to give him cockatiel mix with parrot mix but i noticed he flicks out all the small seed in cockatiel mix and only eats bigger seeds in parrot mix do u think it would be ok to just give him more parrot mix less cockatiel or does he need something thats in the smaller seeds also he doesnt really touch any of the fruit or veg I give him he did at first then suddenly decided not to bother eating any of it is there anything I can do to tempt him to eat his fruit and veg

make up a platter of fruit & veges then sit down near him & start eating!!!
garentee it will get him curious every time ive gotten a bird thats not used to anything other than seed thats what i do
then when hes curious offer some to him from your plate
according to irns it ALWAYS!!!!!!! tastes better from your plate

hahaha Bec, it doesn't always have to be on a plate to taste good......apparently food in mouth is just as tasty!!!!
