Whats the matter with his face? About his age and sex, one kinda relates to the other. If he is under 3 years old, he could pretty much be a female. If your bird is older than 3, then its definitely a female.

Judging by those photos, i would say your ringeck is a female--especially in pic number 8. But, as smallworld just said, if it's under three years you'll have to wait.
