questions about training before I adopt

Hi I am new to this baord as well as INRs. I have been reaserching and talking to breeders for a few months now. I have come acrost an IRN in my home state of Maine. He is 6 months old. The owner is rehoming because she said he needs more time than she has. SHe said he is starting to bite and does not like being handeled. Could this be bluffing? If so is it a good idea for me to adopt him?? Could this make it more stressful for him?

yup sounds like bluffing as long as you handle the bluffing stage ok he will come through it ok
i got one of my bubs at 6 monthes & he turned out fine
