growing chicks

Hi I have bought my chicks in to handrear, they came in last night and i can not believe they are feeding so well. I am wondering when will the feathers start to grow on them they are 16 and 15 days old now. It is only 24 hours since they came in but it feels like they have been here forever, they are just fantastic it is so rewarding when there crop is full and they are happy.
