NEW BIRDS HELP IDENTIFY WITH PICTURES
I just picked these Indian Ringnecks up today. There parents are blue but I dont know anything else about them. The parents did not have the green in them. The ones I purchased today are year old and have green through out them. If you can please let me know what kind of Indian Ringnecks these are I would greatly appreciate it.

Well in your photos the one in the cage is a Pastelblue.(Turquiose Blue)
One of the parents must have had the pastel in it but this can vary from like almost none to the bird being almost green.They say pastel can vary from 20% to 80% which is true.
