Emerald and or Aqua Mutation

Unfortuantely, there are very very few breeders of Aqua birds in Australia, you can count them on one hand, and you can probably find less who will sell their clean stock for under $8k a bird, $6k if they need it sold.
Imagine it like turquoise in regards to breeding. You put an aqua blue with a green, you will get green, green split blue, green split aqua.
It acts similarly with turquoise, there was some confusion with some that it was actually double factor turquoise birds, this however is not the case, as it is its own mutation.
One breeder recently gave up the game with Aqua, selling off his entire stock, some 20 odd birds or more.
This is not a bird you take on lightly, as to breed with this would require self discipline. Many want to rush these things, get as much colour as fast as possible, but introducing new blood is vital with such rare birds and must be taken into consideration well before you even think of getting into them.
If anyone knows better, please let me know. I am working off conversations I have had with breeders who actually have aqua birds, and am just recalling what I can from memory.
