Rose is gorgeous :).

After quarantine, to introduce your male I would have him in a seperate cage and put the two cages next to each other so they can see and get used to each other. Then after a while, I would begin to let them out together under supervision and see how well they get along. If all goes well there, then you could try and introduce them into the same cage. When you do this, I would change the look of the cage around a bit by moving toys, changing toys & a few perches to make it a bit different so both birds are in a "new" enviroment as Rose might be a bit protective of her domain otherwise.

Good luck

thanks :)
actually i am going to buy a new cage altogether today ,a slightly bigger one
so both can live with having their own space
my rose is very friendly and lets me hold her pet her and touch her any where . she likes me the best coz i rescued her from a horrible family who were not at all passionate about parrots and their kidz treated her with abuse after i bought her i realized she was deppressed and scared at all the time if any one is looking at her she would not move it would appear as she were a statue but now its been a year and she actually rules my house and does what she wants to do.
Like she likes going under my sofa and chew it if i put her back in her cage and close the door she actually opens the latch and comes out would you believe that if anyone comes in my house like my inlaws she screams at them i think she knows i dont like them  AND the new one as i have heard is a bird bought up royally with a lot of love and does have a lot of attitude  but he is quite young as he is just started to get his ring i think he may be 1 1/2 year old
i hope they get along
