weird feather

hi cookie has a feather that really seems to bother him its in his wing and after he flies or flaps he lifts the wing up and down i have had a look much to his protest and the stem part of the feather is really thick i will try to get a pic but do any of you know what could be wrong and what i should do cookie looks like he tries to pull it out sometimes but i think its a blood feather he had another one like it before but pulled it out any help is much appreciated also the feather looks like it turns the wrong way up
the wing is the one that was clipped when we got him here are some pics it is the feather up the top

Oh dear. Poor lil bub! Have you taken Cookie to the vets? Maybe they can pull it out?
