That staring eye pinning is intimidating isn't it.
But they are such pretty little things. Can't wait to see
Toby after his moult.

we have givin him a shower and changed his diet, now he looks great, will try to get a pic for you all later tonight.
he was a cheap supermarket seed diet, we have changed him to a local supplier, and he is loving it and looking much better for it,

Great work Jasper. Buddy came to me on seed at 3! He looked awesome though... go figure.
I dont think the lutinos can look bad if they try!
Baby (my green) fades fast if not giving pellets AND bunches of whatever Im eating.

the pallets available here are crap.
but there is a NZ based organic seed supplier, and they are great.
they are used by zoo's and aviary's all over NZ
they still got alot off our plate.
at the moment Toby is being a ratbag, he wanted to goto bed so i put him back on his cage, he climbed in sat on his swing and started clicking.

Pellets here are so expensive. Ive run out so my 2 are living on seed and lotsa vegies till I can get some more.
You have to get a video of this 'clicking' Im intrigued. Ive seen a cockatiel click but not a IRN.

My Baby clicks too. It sounds a lot like the sound they make when they give kisses (short clucks kinda)
Your baby doesnt click? Does it grind his beak?

Hehe Gilbert 'strikes a pose' too. Does your fids get jealous if you take photos of another flock member? Such lil poses when the camera comes out arnt they?
Gilbert makes kiss sounds.. and sometimes walk around 'kissing' things. When Im not expecting it he will give me a kiss. He presses his beak up against me and gives a smoochie kiss sound.
I kinda kiss him on the head a million times a day! So no wonder he picked that up. He grinds his beak everynight. This means they are content/at peace?

That means they
could not be happier.
Baby, who has been imaged since day 1 loves to see the camera come out. Buddy hides from the scary mean green light beam.
He'll learn it aint gonna get him.
