Pix of birds seen from my windows

Post by Topaz »

I have made a collage of some of the birds that I have around my home, and we live in town!
The King Parrots are filmed on the feeder (outside my kitchen window) and on top of the dogs "house" (eating a green tomatoe), the Kookaburra is on my letterbox, the Red Tailed Black Cockatoo is in the tree on the opposite side the road from my house, the Rainbow Lorikeet is (top)( waiting at the feeder, and below, sitting on the kitchen windowsill calling for food. The Double Bar Finch is on the feeder.

YOU HAVE OWL FINCHES IN AUSTRALIA!!!!!! I think you called it the double bar finch. Those are one of my favorite finches! I love the others pics too! Lorikeets are so silly. That cockatoo is beautiful. I volunteer/work at the indy zoo and we have a kookaburra and sometimes whe it's calling a lot, the keepers will put it over the walky-talkies. We all get a good laugh.

Will you rent me a room?

Man I am ready to move in and be the house servant there so I can watch the birds as I clean the windows.

That is just too darn neat.

Thanks so much for sharing.
