It seems to be a Lutino with Red Suffusion.
Red Suffusion can be linked to many many things. Most of the time, it is due to some sort of illness. Vitamin A deficiency and Liver disease are the 2 most common causes for it.
On the other hand, it could be genetic or may just be nothing and will disappear after a moult.

Ringneck color
Yewwww and Yuck, Poor babies! They do not look good AT all...The green one looks like my Mrs. B when she came to live with us, but Mrs. B also had duck butt....Now Mrs. B has a very beautiful tail and is very sleek and fat...But her primary wing feathers still look this bad and they still have those terrible stress bars...Can't wait until she molts these out.
