My IRN has developed this starnge behaviour, when my neighbours enter my room he just pins his eye and his feather on the head are erected...and he makes some noises...if he is on my finger he starts biting my finger...Its very new and his biting really hurts...Please help... How do I make him a friendly bird to my friends as well...I would like to know something about flight feather trimming...How to do it???Please Please help....

Does he lean forward on his perch? If so he may want your neighbours to pet him on the head.
How old is he? he maybe "bluffing" this is a period where the birds hormones are raging (I think)or you may just have done something to offend or upset him.
I suggest next time your neighbours come to see you should ask them to go near him and try to pet him if not with their finger then with a feather or something else soft.
Clip only the primary feathers. DO NOT CLIP THE BLOOD FEATHERS!!!!!!!!!!!
