What Do U think??

Ok so as most know I am going to purchase another bird. I am stuck between a senegal and a red belly. Both are the same price and around the same age; however, the red belly all seem to be very nippy and sciddish, however the senegals seem very nice and they dont know how to step up and very tame. Both are hand fed. My question is do you think that if i got the red belly do you think that it would ever bond to me or should i get a senegal which already likes me???? So Should I get the Red belly, which is the bird that i want, or settle for a senegal?

I like a challenge so I would get the bird I like best, however, my days of never ending classes and other such responsibilities are behind me.

It depends, and Im telling you something you already know, on how much time you wanna put into it.

Or get both as previously recommended

Thanks Mikaela, I took the challenge and am greatful I have a beautiful baby boy named buddy! I know that the name is cliche but if the bird is going to learn to say its name i want it to have meaning for all, Like If dude were to say hello dude in front of a friend it would be like my irn is conversing with my bro. Same goes for buddy.

Thank you to all for the advice. I went to the pet store and thought that Since i wanted a red belly that is what i am going to get!! He is A sweet heart but it sucked because i got him like 10 min. b4 I had to go to work and had to wait 8 hrs to come see him. Work haS never gone by so slow!!!

I am so excited he is beautifu and could not be more perfect. Everyday he gets a little more comfortable and more loving. The best part is that dude and buddy get along great they are playing right now, fighting over a bottle cap. It is so funny I am laughing out loud while typing this :lol:
