Sorry it was so close on the cross-stitch pics but I wanted you to see the pics are actually made out of tiny little X's.... millions of them. Its a *** (no offense, someone I love very much is ***... its a pop culture american term EVEN GAYS USE meaning lame/replaced lame) habit I picked up when pregnant with Matthew and sent to bed from my 7th month til birth. God, that was prison! I was also going to send you my bamboo and dragon fly shower curtain but didnt know if you'd be funny about using it. Will pick you one up though next time I go to Pier One

Anyway, I hope you like and enjoy your gifts. I wanted to reward you for all of the hard work you have been over-whelmed by. Hope this helps! Love you Punkin. Post pics and show me where you put them all -giggle

MIKAELA,
I WISH YOU'D SEND THOSE TO ME!!! I would love them! Your cross stitch is gorgeous! Wish I had talent and could do something like that. Feel free to pack that stuff up and send to me if you'd like! I love it all. Tee hee. Or if we move to FL I'll come lookin in the dark for 'em! :D

Mia that last picture is a glass pot to put plants in. I think, right Mik?

Hugs,

I work very hard on it.

It is my families environment. I have scrubbed, painted, potted, hung... you name it. My heart and soul is in my home.

Thank you for letting me know it shows. I hope it instills values in my children to work very hard so they never ever have to settle for less.

Every generation should be able to do a little better than the last or the previous generation didnt do their job. I hope my children want for nice things and never settle for less.

Education is really the only way to ensure that and even a degree these days doesnt. They must also be respectful, well-rounded, informed, gentlemen on top of being educated.

Rough out there these days. Dog eat dog and only the strong survive. May sound cliche but it is just that because it is so true.

Babe, picking my colors as they would all match yet be in pretty much the same room (BIG and open) was NOT easy.

I took my time and I am very pleased. I wanted my house to feel like a little cozy cave. It does! Cherokees lived in caves and rocks, not tee pees.

Every item in my home is a color known to nature. Everything.

Earth
Wind
Fire
Water

No common 'crayola' colors.

If you look, the forier, dining room and living room are all different colors.

But essentially one open area. The kitchen it too a different color off to the side. Its like a harvest green
