G'day from Oz

Post by Perroquet »

Hi everyone, nice to meet you all.
I have just found this site and haven't had a chance to look around yet but I'm sure its going to take me a while. I will be spreading the word too as I am sure there are heaps of people who will want to know about this site.

My partner and I breed IRN's and while we don't have any of the really exotic colours yet we are working on it. Also have Alexandrines, red rumps, scarlets, Japanese quail and heaps of purple/mauve coloured budgies but we are getting rid of these soon to concentrate on our bigger birds.

Well really looking forward to getting to know you all
I'm off to investigste the site, send coffee in an hour will ya

Your wish is my command.
By the way prinny is beautiful.
we have 1 male albino, 2 greys, also lutinos, blues, green-grey or olive, a lime green coloured one we are not sure of official colour!, and a pastel silver...so far.
These are our 2 Alexandrine hens (about 3 years old and just settling in) taken on their first day in their new home..

Wow they are gorgeous! (BTW Prinny know she is beautiful!) Always did have a soft spot for the larger birds...alexes being a favorite.

Of course now with Bodi coming...it'll be a while before I get one.

I just noticed in my picture all the ringnecks in the background. It looks like the avairy is overflowing, but its not! Also not helped by the fact that the two alexs decided to eat the same piece of corn stuck up high near the roof, it wasn't put there for a perch!!

So you're a breeder then? Cool...we can always use your knowledge and stop relying poor Jeremy for our coloring questions! Please post as many pics as you want to...we love them! (yes we can be demanding for them, get used to it  )

We're one big happy family.

omg! sorry darlin **hugs** .. hey ! but what about the forgotten territory .. the ACT inside the state of NSW huh huh! do we have someone from there ?? lol ..

Well done you with the dropshots. :D

NOw if you want to try something else, like if you only want to post one of the pictures direct to the board. Simply open up your dropshots homepage, open the picture you want to show, right click on the picture and go to properties and drag and highlight the URL then copy it, now paste it between tags and it will look like so :-

Cheers ! :D
