How old is my Indian Ringneck? and what color will he be ?

I'm just wondering if anyone can help identify my ringnecks age. I got him a couple weeks ago and the owner said he was around 10 weeks which I didnt believe. Also what colour will he turn out to be atm he looks like he will be olive.

Not being psychic, a picture would help with identifying colour, and without DNA sexing, it's a case of wait and see.
