Oh I do hope things work out and you can keep him, especially if the lady is 80 years old! Curre can live to be 60+ years old, and no one lives to be 125 years old. The way Greys are it is best if she finds homes for them now so they can adjust without turning into problem birds. I don't understand why people get birds that they know will out live them unless the bird gets sick. It is just so much stress on the birds, because they don't understand that their owner died. I saw a bird show a few weeks back and they had a Cockatoo that was preforming. The bird was a cronic feather picker, because he lived with this one woman for 30 years and when she died he stressed out over it and started plucking.
ANYWAY..... Enough of that, Congradulations on the beautiful Grey, I so do hope you get to keep him!!!! I am getting my baby Grey in about a month or so, and these great pictures are just making the waiting that much harder!!!
