do females have the light green line around the neck with spots of red in the light green line? and also are females able to learn how to talk ?does any one have any tricks or information on how to teach them how to talk? she does have a band on i was wonder if that is how old she is the number on there it says ang 04 bc 21 is that the date of birth?[/img]

Only males have red around their neck, but yes females do have a light ring and they can learn to talk. Not sure about the ring, it's probably only useful for the breeder.
