I will soon have my first IRN

HEllo all, I will soon be gettting my first IRN, he has a bit of a feather plucking problem so i am waiting for him to get his feathers back and i shall have him at home! Does any one know how long it takes for feathers to grow back? :o

Hello,

Thats a good question.

My little green guy snipped his green contour feathers from around his shoulders but kept the white downy feathers. It looks like he's wearing a white turtle neck sweater or a white dickey when he streaches himself out...but I'd rather he wore the green feather coat he was meant to have.

But, I reckon that any new feathers won't come in for at least a full molt cycle and no longer than a year.

Oh the waiting is the worst! It was awful...waiting for the time when I could pic my Prinny up...terrible!
