Bird Help Please?...

Hello,
Got my beautiful bird only a few weeks ago, and have noticed, from the day I got him he has some weird/sore looking feathers only on one side? when touched he lashes out and tries to bite?
after any help at all, as to what it is? and what I should do?

It looks like his wing was clipped WAY TOO short. The poor dear!

Just let it grow back, you could spray him with tepid water with a couple of drops of natural rosewater and glycerin, this should soothe any soreness.

Those are blood feathers (new feathers growing out). In time the wings will grow back in.
