Chat room...

Post by Mikaela »

Remembering the 6 hour time difference, who would like to set up a chat?

Neo? Would you like to go to yahoo and set up a room in your down time? Its free and relatively easy.

If we all have yahoo, then we can go into the room she creates and speak to eachother in real time.

It can be Parrots or Ringneckfamily, Birdbuddies... whatever you want to call it.

Let me know if this is something you would take advantage of and take part in if you saw:

Open Chat tonight @ 9am EST (just an example)

I need to get with Imran to make sure but he usually lets me do pretty much what I want. He knows my intentions are good and Im trying desperately to spread the gospel about the breed.

Feedback! Thanks.

Most of us dont have Yahoo.. (I do tho, I have one of just about everything) When I tried to creat a room it told me this

""The ability to create user rooms in Yahoo! Chat is currently unavailable. We are working on improvements to this service to enhance the user experience and compliance with our Terms of Service.""

It does sound like a good idea though. Lemme see if I can do something else, Maybe try an IRC chat room

Mik,
I think a chat room is a GREAT idea! How fun would that be. We're just getting closer and closer. I just love this board and it's members! I'd be lost without it!

Ok, across the ocean, ya'll are 6 hours ahead... right? We will consider that.

I suppose we could all leave 'good times for us' and then try to make a time we can FINALLY be all together... talking in real time.

Anytime after 4 pm EST is good for me.

PLEASE SAVE CHAT LINK TO FAVORITES!

Thanks again Neo.

I know for a fact that Jade in Australia is 15 hours ahead of us in OH. So... We've got some major time differences going on.

If Jade is 15 hours ahead I will be 2-5 hours ahead of her. I have no idea what EST means.

I am 2 hours ahead of Angie, how far is Jade from you Angie? Is there a time difference between you two?

Basically as long as I am not at work I will make ahead an effort to be there whatever time.

If you click your clock and chose 'Time Zones", you can look at all of the times.

Choose USA and you can then see how many hours ahead you are.

Heck, some of us are a Day! ahead lol
