At times i get this Deja Vu that a mutation like Edged or Misty through breeding selection (unintended) evolved its phenotype to blend in and become almost invisible and like a virus lives happily in our cages without being noticed 90% of the time.

A Recessive mutation carrying a dominant (invisible) mutation as well, right from the start of the rec. mutation's pool of birds,


True or False?
We are most likely to always have the dom mutation carried forward by the recessive pool of birds, yet undetected & unintended.
30 years later the majority of birds would still carry the dom invisible mutation in the Reccessive pool.
