Colour mutations by Dr Terry Martin is a good all round book that is useful for beginners and experienced breeders alike.

Asiatic Parrots and their mutations by T. Bastiaan and G.J.J Bastiaan is a good beginners guide to breeding Ringnecks and other asiatic parrots.

This is a good book too, and I prefer it over the Bastiaan book because it covers more recent findings in mutations. And of course, it is also great that Dr Deon visits this site every so often and interact with the forum users here to share his experience and to ask for our opinions too.
