Here's another silly ?

Post by jen5239 »

Last night when I was getting ready to put my babies to bed Remmi was continuously yawning, regurgitating, gasping for air???? Do you know what I mean?? He kept opening his beak like he was doing one of the above. It really worried me. I was worried that he was gasping for air. So I held him until he stopped. He's fine this morning. Does anyone know why he would've been doing that? He wasn't doing the head movement like they do when they're regurgitating. Just kept opening his beak like he was gasping. If anyone has any ideas as to why he was doing this I would greatly appreciate your sharing.

Thanks!
Jen

Prinny does that when she is yawning. She makes these huge 'yawns' over and over. If you hear any true gasping then be worried but for he he seems fine.

Kozmo does that alot. I worried the first couple times she's done it, but it doesn't happen very often, and she never acts any different afterwards.

Remmi's just being a typical pain in the butt by making his mummy worried. Its normal (the beak thing).
