Last week i got a hand tamed blue indian ringneck his name is indi, he's nearly two years old. He would let me pick him up and he'd stay on my shoulder not wanting to get off, i could walk around with him and do whatever i needed to do and he'd give me kisses. But three days ago we had an incident with one of my dogs, i have three and two of them don't understand to not attack the bird and i had to quickly pick up indi, i picked him up pretty rough and quick because i freaked out because one of them went to get him.
Ever since then indi has been abit stand offish and scared, he runs away from me, he wont let me pick him up, he tries to fly off my shoulder or hands, when hes on me he tries to find any way possible to get off me, he wont stay on me, he doesnt do kisses properly he just does it to get it over and done with so he can just get away and if i go near the cage he jumps away from me.
I'm trying to be patient and i still take him out and talk to him, he still takes food out of my hand.
I've read up on similar topics but i was just hoping someone could give me some more advice.
It's really starting to upset me.
help would be much appreciated!

OHMIGOD this would scare the living cr@p out of me! I do hope you keep them separate now?! There are ways to train so they can co-habitate together but I'm not the one to advise on that, others on here have dogs etc too so maybe one of them can suggest something.
But for now the poor birdie has had an understandable shock! We would be scared too if that were us, but for the time being all you can do is carry on as you are, show consistency in your care and be gentle and quiet, give lots of treats.
Keep us posted on how things go,
