Ok thank you for all the help! She looks a bit better to day some new feathers have came in, idk if this means anything but the "pins" are green(like her feathers) but is there anything i need to do to help her get through the moult?

Ok im getting really scared for my ringneck I do not know if shes moulting or if i need to seek medical help, she acts just fine normal, talking and playing but she is loosing alot of feathers mostly on her head she know just has mostly needle like things on her head she dosent show any other patche...
