Re: An update and couple of questions.

Oh I wouldn't actually have them on the top of the cage I would just leave the front door open. Can someone explain what the big deal about bar spacing is? I measured the cages they are in now and they are 3/4" and I have no problems!

Re: An update and couple of questions.

Hahhah always something I haven't thought about. Is there an ideal bar spacing width? Most from this site go down to 2cm at the lowest. The other option is one of these each.http://www.gtmall.com.au/grande-parrot-bird-cage-small.html see what you think. True otherwise my friend suggesting like a pla...

Re: An update and couple of questions.

Thanks for everyones replies. MissK I completely aggree and if they don't ever get along I am fine with that. Pebbles will quite happily accept him being out at the same time at a distance so thats a start. Could you take a look at the cage I am thinking of?http://www.gtmall.com.au/double-bird-cage-...

Missk, thankyou soo much for that. I already suffer from anxiety and over the last few days I have felt that maybe I can't give him enough even though I love him! I haven't purchased a day cage yet but in a week or two I will be. So for now I am moving his cage in and out the house haha. I am not on...

Re: 6 Month old Grey IR

Hey MissK, Everything is going great, he is not scared of me at all now. He is still only wolf whistling and making little clicking noises but I am sure he will start soon. I talk to him everyday! I am starting to worry though. I go back to uni fulltime in August. I wonder whether the time I have wi...

IRN mimicking after 2 weeks?

Hi guys, I have had my beautiful IRN now for 2 weeks tomorrow! In my last thread I mentioned she is around 6 1/2 to 7 months old. Previous owner didn't spend a whole heap of time on her. Anyway my question is.... I didn't want to bombard her/him with lots of words, so I have started wolf whistling a...

6 Month old Grey IR

Hi Guys my names Rochelle and I'm new to the forum! Recently met this guy who mentioned he had a girl IR that's 6.5 months old and that he is looking to get rid of her. From what I gather he hasn't spent any time on her and spends all her time in the cage. He mentioned she screams a lot and bites ev...
