I use kaytee large parrot pellets for my IRN's, they like the bigger pallets so they can pick them up with their feet, they just turn the small pellets to powder and not eat them, I also feed them gold-N-fruit Apple and honey, they really like that, as well as fruit and vegies, I don't feed much in ...
