yeah last season both of them were only around two years old and i introduced the male a bit late.. but hopefully this time they will be fertile. So different sized eggs doesnt mean there is a problem with the hen or anything? The egg isnt an unusual shape just slightly larger

I don't do this myself but I know a few breeders who pluck damaged feathers or clipped ones and the grow back quicker.

I noticed today when I looked at my ringnecks that one of them was rather enjoying a blade of grass? Is this alright for them?
