Hi everybody,hope to get some information here....I have a baby ring neck COOKIE 2 months old ,for most of the times whenever I'm going to touch him or call him he Jst meows ....don't know why he is doing this ...is he happy or not although I take every care of him..

thanks for the suggestion.....there is no chance of reuniting the two babies ,also I'm a civil engineer and it is difficult for me to take him to my work place since I'm mostly onsite.....
