Hi mikaela, How do I know if a bird is fully flighted. When we were trying to get him, he was able to fly long distances but seems just too tired to keep going. He does have a full looking wing. I am pretty confident his wings are not altered. We had him checked at a vet and no ID of anykind on him....

Hi all, Thanks for the replies. I have had him checked by a vet. No chip to ID the birds owner, (which i dont get cause all dogs/cats are supposed to have one i thought, are birds different?) I just got myself a IRN by stroke of luck. I posted on the other section for help taming describing my dilema.
I hope to get good sound advice and have been reading all previous posts to see what others may be going through.
