I'm back! I noticed that Michelle has the same problem as I do, but I don't think I got an answer to my question. I have been told that I should spend more time with my bird but he keeps hiding behind the budgie cage when i'm near him. I love my bird but why cant he realize that!!! even for 6.5 mont...

My IRN is happy but not when i'm around!
My IRN is the best bird I have had in my life. He whistles and plays with his toys out of his cage, but when I go near him he freaks out. HE even accepts apples from my fingers sometimes. But still he prefers to stay near my other bird ( a Budgie).
