I would tend to disagree a little , Some female Indian Ringnecks , do get a very faint ring around their necks. The Latino female , does not get any ring , and the male Latino , gets a very pretty pinky/red ring instead of of the black of greens and such. Hope you didn't mind me adding my opinion. B...
